Listen up! It's this week's round of announcements and if none of you are cursed to deafness, don't make me repeat myself and pay attention the first time!
The first is a clarification point about tasks - the theory was that tasks count for more if you do them with someone from your own team, but that's not the case. It's more just the logic standpoint that if two people completely a task together from the same team, that's two points for that team rather than the two points getting split between two teams. You don't get an automatic bonus for completing a task with someone from the same team.
The second is notes about the departed. If you weren't paying attention during trial, the current theory is they can send two postcards each week that might be up to thirty words but either way they're working with a limit. They're all currently performing tasks, but it's unclear what those task rewards are going to. If you want items sent to the dead, but nothing with writing or otherwise communicating to them, the director who isn't working at the office or the shop each week is with them. If you want to write to them, use the odd machine in the arts and crafts office but it also has a 'character limit'. That means it's 140 letters before it cuts off. [someone,,,, someone finally told her. she feels the need to clarify for the other ye oldes] I understand you all have feelings or whatever, but get the important points in the first 140 characters. And sign your names.
There's still only a few of them on the other side, and the messages will be delayed, but be effective about how you want to use your words. [a beat] And I'll remind everyone that Evan said not to be rude to Tsurumaru. [this is the only nice thing she's going to do for her crane]
Last - this is probably circulating by now anyway, but... everyone from our previous settings are here somewhere. They're asleep, somewhere we can't reach, but they're here. Apparently the directors are able to get to them. And we were asleep too, before we all arrived here. It's not clear why we woke up but they didn't but... here we are. So let's not mess this up.
There's another thing... but I can't say it explicitly without possibly suffering those stupid consequences. [giyuu JUST lost an arm] All I can say is that you ought to talk to the directors personally about the origins of this place, and them. They're supposedly getting a little more... leeway? Because we've been at this for a while now. So....
