WEEK TWO: MINGLE
WEEK TWO | |
ā½ FULL NAVIGATION ā½ LOCATIONS ā½ STATUSES ā½ IC PROFILES ā½ IC RULEBOOK ā½ MURDER PROPOSALS ā½ PCS ā½ CURFEW ā½ AUDIENCES ā½ CAMP STORE ā½ REPORTING |
Rise and shine, everyone! At 7:00 AM on the dot, those who are asleep will be roused from their slumber by the sound of a bugle call. It seems that breakfast is now served in the Mess Hall. How nice! It's up to you to decide if you want to continue sleeping or not... But maybe it's a good idea to grab a bite and explore your surroundings. After all, it seems the fog has receded enough to reveal a few new locations. Regardless of what you do, be sure to check the weather before stepping outside. You never know when you might need an umbrella! Once you're up and at them, though, there are a few points of interest this week. If you swing by the Director's Office, you will find Winter Wizard manning the receptionist's desk or flitting in and out of the rooms down the hallway. This week's tasks are now available, and you can check them out on the announcement board in the waiting room. Should you visit the Camp Shop, Black Shadows will be handling all transactions at the checkout counter. Even camp directors hold down normal jobs, you know. Strangely enough, Purple Heart doesn't seem to be stationed at any set location. Maybe it's their week off? Oh, well. Seems like if you want to get ahold of them, you'll have to pay your respects to the bunnies. As you explore the camp, however... You may find yourself confronted by scenes from a not so distant past. Or, perhaps, the so-called-movies playing on the big screen are completely foreign to you. But that's not all you will have to deal with this week. Continue skimming the edges of the forest, and you will find yourself going down memory lane. Literally. To further complicate matter, you will quickly discover that something about you has changed. At the start of the week, every single one of you will find yourselves aligned with one of four elements: fire, water, air or earth. Though your affiliation will not allow you to perform any outright elemental manipulation, you will find yourself reflecting your affiliation through one physical attribute. For example: A fire aligned may become hot to the touch, an earth aligned might discover their skin is now coarse like sandpaper, an air aligned might find their hair constantly flowing in an unfelt breeze, and a water aligned might be................. very sweaty. Whatever the case, this effect will fade away once Week 3 officially begins. |

[He says while watching Nami happily tumble around with two other tigers. Ugh, he's upset]
I mean, I know I'm not a tiger, and she probably realizes that... Maybe I really should leave her here...
no subject
[planting his hands on Sanji's shoulders!! static shock included, sorry about that]
It might be time to let go, but that doesn't mean she doesn't care about you. You're her father, aren't you?
[SOLEMNLY]
She'll always love and remember you.

[CHEWING ON HIS SHIRT EVEN MORE NOW, and also he's. Smoldering like an ember. It's not painful, just a little hot, haha]
What if the other shitheads bother her?! She doesn't know how to eat meat yet, either!
no subject
That's when you go in and beat them up for her.
[nods]

It's so hard to tell how serious he's being, but considering he almost broke into tears? The way Sanji peers over his shoulder is. Concerning]
no subject
Let's see your tiger-wrestling skills, then.

Sanji
goes into the pen like a man on a mission
... Akira, you killed my chef??]
no subject
[it's fine the tigers are docile. Akira is just. going to watch from the other side of the fence]
1/2
The only reason this doesn't go straight into hell is because the tigers are that docile, enough that one is even willing to let this weird man with a curly brow approach.]
Oi, listen up. I know technically you can't understand me, but your kid's messing with my kid, and I don't care if she's not really my daughter, I'm still gonna--
[If he had more to say, it stalls in his mouth as all three little furballs end up flopping up against his shoes while they play]
...
no subject
[Hm.
This backfired]

[CRACKING UP OVER HERE]
[resting his head against the fencing as he does so. Sanji is a funny, funny man]
no subject
... I mean.
Not his baby tiger, but it's a baby tiger.]
no subject
[Akira stands up immediately, blinking at the baby tiger, before he just. grabs a hold of it and curls it up in his arms so he can coo]
[he's a cat person and tigers totally count]
no subject
Adorable little things, aren't they? It's why I had to pass up the dragon.
no subject
Yeah. Tigers are way better than dragons.
[scratching his newfound tiger baby behind the ears and smiling as it purrs]
no subject
[So few people in the castle did, sob]
no subject
Tiger-sama?
[come to think of it. . .]
They were one of your hosts, right?
no subject
[Why won't someone make my wish come true and kill him]
no subject
Oh.
Did you have a crush on them?
[HE SOUNDS SO ENTERTAINED]
no subject
Also he looks momentarily flabbergasted:]
Wha-- oh no, she wasn't the one--
no subject
Someone else?
[a teasing hum. he is leaning over the fence now with a c: expression, tiger still bundled in his arms]
no subject
And then he starts hissing like a wet cat. Nami, knowing her dad better than anyone, quickly vacates his arms before he goes full Tiger]
As if that's any of your business, you nosy shit! Maybe there's no one and I'm still looking!
no subject
I see. . . a secret romance. . .
[comparatively he is perfectly calm]
1/2
[he is prepared to climb over this fence to reach him]
There's no one, alright?! I'm single and proud!!
no subject
[Just dropping to the ground like his spirit got crushed with the weight of his words. It's fine, he's not crying.]
