Rise and shine, everyone! At 7:00 AM on the dot, those who are asleep will be roused from their slumber by the sound of a bugle call. It seems that breakfast is now served in the Mess Hall. How nice! It's up to you to decide if you want to continue sleeping or not... But maybe it's a good idea to grab a bite and explore your surroundings. After all, it seems the fog has receded enough to reveal a few new locations. Regardless of what you do, be sure to check the weather before stepping outside. You never know when you might need an umbrella! Once you're up and at them, though, there are a few points of interest this week. If you swing by the Director's Office, you will find Winter Wizard manning the receptionist's desk or flitting in and out of the rooms down the hallway. This week's tasks are now available, and you can check them out on the announcement board in the waiting room. Should you visit the Camp Shop, Black Shadows will be handling all transactions at the checkout counter. Even camp directors hold down normal jobs, you know. Strangely enough, Purple Heart doesn't seem to be stationed at any set location. Maybe it's their week off? Oh, well. Seems like if you want to get ahold of them, you'll have to pay your respects to the bunnies. As you explore the camp, however... You may find yourself confronted by scenes from a not so distant past. Or, perhaps, the so-called-movies playing on the big screen are completely foreign to you. But that's not all you will have to deal with this week. Continue skimming the edges of the forest, and you will find yourself going down memory lane. Literally. To further complicate matter, you will quickly discover that something about you has changed. At the start of the week, every single one of you will find yourselves aligned with one of four elements: fire, water, air or earth. Though your affiliation will not allow you to perform any outright elemental manipulation, you will find yourself reflecting your affiliation through one physical attribute. For example: A fire aligned may become hot to the touch, an earth aligned might discover their skin is now coarse like sandpaper, an air aligned might find their hair constantly flowing in an unfelt breeze, and a water aligned might be................. very sweaty. Whatever the case, this effect will fade away once Week 3 officially begins. |

[He gives Beau a dubious and judgmental look from down his nose, and then he turns to glance around at what has been set up. A nice little additional item.]
Are you in here moping?
no subject
No. I'm in here brooding. Get it right.
no subject
[He does not sound impressed, and Beau won't know he's stupid because a) his dad broods literally every minute of the day, and b) he broods because it's hereditary.]
Brooding about Sunday?
no subject
Yeah. Peacefully, to myself, like a good monk.
no subject
[But that's, like, his Earth Monks, not Fantasy D&D Monks. Also? There's probably some who do anyway.]
no subject
she - frowns. ]
Shut the fuck up. I'm a monk and I'm drinking. [ but there's no heat behind it. ]
no subject
Clearly. What kind of loose sect are you even a part of? Are you drinking now because you're making some attempt at rebellion when you can't be punished?
[He moves away from her and a little through the memorial hall to look around.]
no subject
You don't know shit about the place I come from, so I wouldn't make assumptions if I was you. Not every place is like Earth.
no subject
[Hm.]
How long have these rocks been in here?
no subject
I don't know. Since before I got here. Someone thinks they're funny.
no subject
Dryly:] Charming.
Wonder if it was the killer who eluded us.
no subject
This isn't a competition. Or it shouldn't be. Taunting us because they got away with it is bullshit.
no subject
[He looks away from the rocks and to the memorials themselves.]
It's doubtful anyone would come forward for an accident even if they were able to do so. After what happened to Hansen.

[He frowns.]
The items we receive will make it more difficult. But there will always be a chance to catch the culprit.
