POPULATION: 37 Rise and shine, everyone! At 7:00 AM on the dot, those who are asleep will be roused from their slumber by the sound of a bugle call. It seems that breakfast is now served in the Mess Hall. How nice! It's up to you to decide if you want to continue sleeping or not... But maybe it's a good idea to grab a bite and explore your surroundings. After all, it seems the fog has receded enough to reveal a few new locations. Regardless of what you do, be sure to check the weather before stepping outside. You never know when you might need an umbrella! Once you're up and at them, though, there are a few points of interest this week. If you swing by the Director's Office, you will find Winter Wizard manning the receptionist's desk or flitting in and out of the rooms down the hallway. This week's tasks are now available, and you can check them out on the announcement board in the waiting room. Should you visit the Camp Shop, Black Shadows will be handling all transactions at the checkout counter. Even camp directors hold down normal jobs, you know. Strangely enough, Purple Heart doesn't seem to be stationed at any set location. Maybe it's their week off? Oh, well. Seems like if you want to get ahold of them, you'll have to pay your respects to the bunnies. As you explore the camp, however... You may find yourself confronted by scenes from a not so distant past. Or, perhaps, the so-called-movies playing on the big screen are completely foreign to you. But that's not all you will have to deal with this week. Continue skimming the edges of the forest, and you will find yourself going down memory lane. Literally. To further complicate matter, you will quickly discover that something about you has changed. At the start of the week, every single one of you will find yourselves aligned with one of four elements: fire, water, air or earth. Though your affiliation will not allow you to perform any outright elemental manipulation, you will find yourself reflecting your affiliation through one physical attribute. For example: A fire aligned may become hot to the touch, an earth aligned might discover their skin is now coarse like sandpaper, an air aligned might find their hair constantly flowing in an unfelt breeze, and a water aligned might be................. very sweaty. Whatever the case, this effect will fade away once Week 3 officially begins.

Mm. It uses a machine that captures a moment and displays it for people farther away to see or later on for others to watch when they have time. They're fascinating!

[ that's..... like super simplified but what does he know about the technical work? he's just the pretty boy in front. ]

[huh! she kind of wants to make a movie so she can take it home with her and remember the people here once they all go back to their own worlds. (too bad there's no VHS or DVD players in femblem land.)]

[ it's fine maybe they'll figure out how to make a portable DVD player work on magic ]

Mm! .... Though. I have not seen any means of procuring music..?

That's true. There are plenty of song and dances to choose from.

Correct! You could teach me more songs and dances like the one from last week, perhaps.

Mm! A lot of them are group numbers but even then, there are plenty of other songs I know to dance to.

[ would he even know how to waltz? maybe? probably??? we're gonna say he learned Somewhere because idol training is also occasionally Prince training. which means, for now, he bows properly offering her a hand ]

Well then, may I have a dance, Flayn-dono?

[she takes his hand!! it's time to dance. she does know how to waltz, at least, so she won't embarrass herself here.]

but he's humming at first before starting his pop song, taking her into a three step waltz to a slowed down version of it ]

it's easy enough to fall into the rhythm, and luckily, flayn's had dance lessons. tonbo's feet are saved from being stepped all over!!]

[ he continues singing, though there's a clear quirk of his lips in the ease of their dancing. this is quite possibly a first for him although you'd never realize it with how smooth his steps are. all those lessons paid off apparently and it truly is like having a prince dance with you at the ball.

....even if they are in the middle of a murder camp and dressed down comfortably. ]

[this is good practice for when he inevitably waltzes with nikkari!! sweep your bae of his feet, tonbo. you can do it!

anyway, flayn's clearly having a good time. she opens her mouth to compliment his dancing, but realizes if he replies back that will be the end of their music, so she stays quiet and just smiles at him instead.]

[ HE'S GONNA. it'll be the most disgusting doki doki love attack scene and the flying hearts will be endless.

but at least tonbo gets the hint because his eyes crinkle in amusement. the one downside to acapella accompaniments: lack of conversation ]

[it's okay. they can talk after the dance!!

[ it's honestly going pretty great given the fact that tonbo's singing and they're dancing and no one has interrupted this v cute scene.

on the other hand, tonbo's coming up on the last chorus so at least he'll be done after this. which is good! because despite being trained for such, it's a lot harder to two person dance and sing at the same time. ]

[and soon enough... they're finished! flayn laughs, delighted, and curtsies to him once they've both let go]
