POPULATION: 35 Rise and shine, everyone! At 7:00 AM on the dot, those who are asleep will be roused from their slumber by the sound of a bugle call. It seems that breakfast is now served in the Mess Hall. How nice! It's up to you to decide if you want to continue sleeping or not... But maybe it's a good idea to grab a bite and explore your surroundings. After all, it seems the fog has receded enough to reveal a few new locations. Regardless of what you do, be sure to check the weather before stepping outside. You never know when you might need an umbrella! Once you're up and at them, though, there are a few points of interest this week. If you swing by the Director's Office, you will find Black Shadows manning the receptionist's desk or flitting in and out of the rooms down the hallway. This week's tasks are now available, and you can check them out on the announcement board in the waiting room. Should you visit the Camp Shop, Purple Heart will be handling all transactions at the checkout counter. Even camp directors hold down normal jobs, you know. Strangely enough, Winter Wizard doesn't seem to be stationed at any set location. Maybe it's their week off? Oh, well. Seems like if you want to get ahold of them, you'll have to pay your respects to the bunnies. As you explore the camp, however... You may find yourself confronted by scenes from a not so distant past. Or, perhaps, the so-called-movies playing on the big screen are completely foreign to you. But that's not all you will have to deal with this week. Continue skimming the edges of the forest, and you will find yourself going down memory lane. Literally. Speaking of walking down memory lane, it seems the theater and the portal aren't the only places to relive some fond memories... or revisit ones that are better left in the past. Yes, it's memshare week. It doesn't matter if you cover yourself up from head to toe, or pirouette away from anyone who might make physical contact with you. Simple proximity OR eye contact is enough to get the ball rolling. As soon as this simple condition is met, you will find yourself reliving the other party's memories from their point of view. These memories can either be canon memories, or memories from the game they were previously in. Regardless of what the case may be, this effect will last until Week 4 officially begins. [ giyuu tomioka tires me out.

and as such, on a day that isn't monday, giyuu will be wondering around looking at the new sights to visit whether it be the archery range (HAH) or through the portals around any of the places of your choosing. he's basically getting a feel for things and can be found casually making his way around. he'll be dressed in appropriate (gray) attire underneath his haori for the change of temperature, but not quite bothering with the rain or snow part. it's just some water—it's fine. probably the most noticeable thing about him, aside from his missing arm, will be how his hair won't be pulled back into a pony tail and held up by the scrunchie. (img ref. i hate what he looks like in fan art.) instead the scrunchie will be around his left wrist.

kind of hard to pull one's hair back with a single arm, you know. regardless, he'll be walking up to you to see what you're up to and, dunno, help? he's being nosy...for once. ]

task 2.b.

[ ALTERNATIVELY...

did you know it's really hard to serve yourself food at a buffet line with a single arm? or, more like, it's a pain with how he picks up the plate to move it to the next dish that he wants to try (eat) then putting it down so he can portion himself what he wants to eat and then having to pick it up again... you know. rinse, lather, and repeat. he doesn't seem to be bothered by it all since this is his new life but...

you know, having a single arm didn't seem so bad the other day(s) but now this just seems miserable. HE JUST WANTS TO EAT. ]

Damian glances up, pausing with the bow at the archery range. Giyuu looks almost as weird with the hair down as he does with his hair unfortunately grown out as much as Dick's.]

[ i can't believe i must read this...

but the greeting he gets from damian is about what he expects to receive and he nods his head while eyeing the bow in his hand. obviously it's impossible for him to join in (not that he had any practice with it), but he'll watch. ...if damian wants an audience. ]

[Turning to the target again, he raises the bow up and pulls it back. He doesn't even spend a lot of time aiming. It bends under his arms, and after a few seconds of pause, he lets the arrow fly.

The arrow doesn't split the other one sticking out of the center, but it lands directly beside it. Apparently, he's pretty good.]

Do you need help?

[He doubts Giyuu is here to try to shoot a bow considering....]

[ giyuu will turn to watch damian shoot the arrow with clear ease and manages to hit the center seemingly without thought. it's impressive and there's a slight change in giyuu's expression to show so.

though regarding the question. offer? ]

Help with what?

[ giyuu, in fact, is not here to shoot arrows but he is here for the sake of exploring. ]

[ here comes phoenix, ready to spend the day with giyuu, getting to know him better, getting shared, and helping!! ]

[ someone please give him a medal for not asking giyuu if he needed a hand ]

[ i'm ashamed that he didn't ask giyuu if he needed a hand. either way, he'll spend a moment to look at the state of his plate and the progress that he has been making. it's bad. there's not quite a lot and even if he doesn't particularly eat heaps of food to begin with, it's still bad for someone who has a major injury to recover from.

he also doesn't know about phoenix's plan to hang out with him all day but that's just fine as well. giyuu will accept it and it's not like they shouldn't get to know one another better. ]

[ look even he has limits and that's one of them. anyway, phoenix gets himself a ladle to fill giyuu's plate. ]

[ he's not a picky eater. he has things he likes but as a general whole, he's fine with whatever. also, he's curious of what kind of foods that phoenix likes as well. ]

there goes any kind of chance that giyuu had to protest to her taking his plate as she just takes his plate. hello??? nevertheless at this point it's both pointless to argue against her and he does just want to eat. ]

[ he'll point to some vegetables that look stir-fried? or something like that. then point to some meat (it's fish). giyuu is a simple man and it's lunch time, i've decided. ]

[giyuu is learning! there's no point in arguing this, anyway. she'll load up his plate (and will, perhaps, give him a little more fish than is really necessary, but fish is good, thanks).]

[ oh! someone who is clearly in need of assistance! thanks to the nature of this week, majima's been kind of all over the place lately and not paying attention to getting stuff done, so he actually perks up a little as he sees giyuu in the mess hall today. he puts his tray down on the line and wanders over to offer some help, starting off with a friendly, ]

[Unlike most people, Chuuya won't ask. Because something something not making people feel bad or whatever.

Instead, he's just going to walk up with a grey beanie and show it to Giyuu. It's the same as the one Chuuya himself is wearing right now too, also in grey.]

Check these out, they're pretty good for keeping your head and ears warm.

[He totally didn't pick out a warm hat that can be pulled on one-handed on purpose. Nope.]

is the gray intentional? either way, he'll look at the beanie and question it. he has never seen one before so he doesn't quite know what to make of it. he's not going to ignore it because, well, cold ears are the worst. ]
