POPULATION: 35 Rise and shine, everyone! At 7:00 AM on the dot, those who are asleep will be roused from their slumber by the sound of a bugle call. It seems that breakfast is now served in the Mess Hall. How nice! It's up to you to decide if you want to continue sleeping or not... But maybe it's a good idea to grab a bite and explore your surroundings. After all, it seems the fog has receded enough to reveal a few new locations. Regardless of what you do, be sure to check the weather before stepping outside. You never know when you might need an umbrella! Once you're up and at them, though, there are a few points of interest this week. If you swing by the Director's Office, you will find Black Shadows manning the receptionist's desk or flitting in and out of the rooms down the hallway. This week's tasks are now available, and you can check them out on the announcement board in the waiting room. Should you visit the Camp Shop, Purple Heart will be handling all transactions at the checkout counter. Even camp directors hold down normal jobs, you know. Strangely enough, Winter Wizard doesn't seem to be stationed at any set location. Maybe it's their week off? Oh, well. Seems like if you want to get ahold of them, you'll have to pay your respects to the bunnies. As you explore the camp, however... You may find yourself confronted by scenes from a not so distant past. Or, perhaps, the so-called-movies playing on the big screen are completely foreign to you. But that's not all you will have to deal with this week. Continue skimming the edges of the forest, and you will find yourself going down memory lane. Literally. Speaking of walking down memory lane, it seems the theater and the portal aren't the only places to relive some fond memories... or revisit ones that are better left in the past. Yes, it's memshare week. It doesn't matter if you cover yourself up from head to toe, or pirouette away from anyone who might make physical contact with you. Simple proximity OR eye contact is enough to get the ball rolling. As soon as this simple condition is met, you will find yourself reliving the other party's memories from their point of view. These memories can either be canon memories, or memories from the game they were previously in. Regardless of what the case may be, this effect will last until Week 4 officially begins. [Anaido looks over at the harnesses as they are being put on. Yeah. These are...vaguely uncomfortable. He holds the white board and the guide close to his chest, looking over at Majima.]

[ he quickly reads over the guide that they can actually read—the one with the game rules—and... just... shrugs. ]

Uh... okay. So... how 'bout we go with one of us askin' a question, both of us writing down an answer, comparin' 'em, and then... switchin' off. That make sense? [ beat ] Obviously that one doesn't count.

[Flipping through the questions now.]

"Has your husband ever cried when seeing a movie?" I guess I guess if its yes or no, and you answer whether you have.

[He's raising his board to hide it from Majima and jotting down "yes" on his.]

[ majima answers the question instantly and turns his board around—"yes". ]

Real men are comfortable in their masculinity. I ain't ashamed of that.

Oh, I'm glad! I'm pretty sure I would too if it was a really sad movie. Sometimes you just have to!

[ as he wipes his previous answer off his whiteboard, he blinks and glances back up at the first line—this one is pretty short, the other end being a platform about fifty feet away, not too far off the ground. ]

[He doesn't know exaxtly what to expect. He's just standing here with a very joyful look on his face, eager to see what this is all about.]

[ i will once again assume Things about this thread and say that this line allows them to go side-by-side and at a slow enough speed for them to actually have this conversation mid-ride. fuck it. i'm not actually googling zipline logic you can't make me ]

[ as they progress at a leisurely pace, he stares blankly into the (frankly beautiful and vista-worthy) distance before writing down a number: 3. ]

[He lets out a little happy laugh of delight when they push off - and wow! This is really fun! And definitely gorgeous, too. It's hard for him to take his sights off of the landscape around them, but the question gets his attention. He thinks for a moment, before turning his white board around.]

[Oh, look.]

[It's "3".]

[He reaches up as if to clap - but...ah, he has the whiteboard in hand, so he can't.]

Goro! Ah, I see it now! That's really good! [A "HUSBAND" NAMED WITH NUMBERS] No wonder you like it so much, haha-!

[And then, the zip line just. Stops.]

[He blinks.]

...Is this...part of the ride?

[ he's about to comment on how anaido must have a number fetish or something, but—

[ he tugs on the rope that secures his rig to the zipline. nothing happens. ]

Ya gotta be shittin' me.

Did something get stuck? [He's also tugging on the rope, squinting up.] Maybe we have to dislodge it or something?

[ please pay no attention to majima as he attempts to build momentum by wriggling on his line until he's managed to start a swing—

[He peers to their destination. Theres no one there.]

You think someone will realize we're gone and get us?

[ hm... well, seeing as how there's no one at their destination or their starting point................. he looks up at the sky. ]

[ they will be met with silence. ]
