Rise and shine, everyone! At 7:00 AM on the dot, those who are asleep will be roused from their slumber by the sound of a bugle call. It seems that breakfast is now served in the Mess Hall. How nice! It's up to you to decide if you want to continue sleeping or not... But maybe it's a good idea to grab a bite and explore your surroundings. After all, it seems the fog has receded enough to reveal a few new locations.

Regardless of what you do, be sure to check the weather before stepping outside. You never know when you might need an umbrella! Once you're up and at them, though, there are a few points of interest this week.

If you swing by the Director's Office, you will find Black Shadows manning the receptionist's desk or flitting in and out of the rooms down the hallway. This week's tasks are now available, and you can check them out on the announcement board in the waiting room. Should you visit the Camp Shop, Purple Heart will be handling all transactions at the checkout counter. Even camp directors hold down normal jobs, you know. Strangely enough, Winter Wizard doesn't seem to be stationed at any set location. Maybe it's their week off? Oh, well. Seems like if you want to get ahold of them, you'll have to pay your respects to the bunnies.

As you explore the camp, however... You may find yourself confronted by scenes from a not so distant past. Or, perhaps, the so-called-movies playing on the big screen are completely foreign to you. But that's not all you will have to deal with this week. Continue skimming the edges of the forest, and you will find yourself going down memory lane. Literally.

Speaking of walking down memory lane, it seems the theater and the portal aren't the only places to relive some fond memories... or revisit ones that are better left in the past. Yes, it's memshare week. It doesn't matter if you cover yourself up from head to toe, or pirouette away from anyone who might make physical contact with you. Simple proximity OR eye contact is enough to get the ball rolling. As soon as this simple condition is met, you will find yourself reliving the other party's memories from their point of view. These memories can either be canon memories, or memories from the game they were previously in. Regardless of what the case may be, this effect will last until Week 4 officially begins.

Oh! I hadn't realized you were skilled in swordplay, sir. I must confess I didn't take you for a soldier.

No, I'm not a soldier. I'm just a swordsman. You shouldn't expect too much out of me. My skill with the sword isn't that good—no, it's terrible.

All the same, I'd be very much interested in seeing a demonstration of your skills. I'm certain you're much more talented than you give yourself credit for, sir.

Gramps said the same thing, but there's no way I could have that much potential. You're better off not seeing anything!

Rest assured I will watch from an entirely non-critical viewpoint, sir. I don't know the first thing about swordsmanship. It's quite rare in modern society, and simple metal blades even more so.

[still shuffling along until Zenitsu shows him that sword or goes to bed]

You say your grandfather trained you, Master Zenitsu?

[Threepio may be here for some time yet, then.]

He's not my grandfather by birth. But he did train me for a year on how to slay demons.

Demons? Oh my, so you're in the same corps as Master Giyuu, Miss Kocho, and Miss Kanroji, then? When we arrived here they had seemed quite familiar with you despite your not being on the island previously.

Well you must be very brave then, sir. I've heard it's an extremely harrowing profession, although most noble.

No, I'm not brave.

Indeed, sir. She was present on the island where I and the others were previously marooned. I do hope she's alright, wherever she is now.

She's asleep with everyone else, right?

I still don't understand that. Are we just awake, because we got lucky?

If what we've learned from the Directors and other sources is to be believed, yes.

As to why we have to be awake to go through whatever nightmarish game has been thrust upon us, I can't speak for you, Master Zenitsu, but it does seem well in line with my luck. [his shoulders sag, as if with a heavy sigh]

[From one hapless guy to another, Zenitsu gives Threepio a pitying look.]

Are you telling me that you've been in this kind of situation more than twice?

If you mean situations of unwanted danger and peril, then more times than I care to count, sir. [big zenitsu mood]

Just what exactly do you do in your world?

Well, in theory my role is more of an administrative and diplomatic one. However, my companions as of late have called upon me to accompany them to all manner of warzones, battles, and skirmishes. Running from Stormtroopers, weaving haphazardly through asteroid fields, all manner of wholly unsafe endeavours altogether unsuited to my poor constitution. I'm no warrior such as yourself, Master Zenitsu.

I'm just glad that with the Rebellion's victory such excitement is behind me. Or, rather, it was prior to my involvement in all this.

[He can't imagine Threepio shuffling across a battlefield.]

How did you manage to survive all of that?

Largely by doing my best to stay far from it. Sadly, I've still been blasted and broken into pieces more times than I care to count.

Honestly, it's as if the Rebellion thinks I'm some invincible battle droid made of beskar instead of plastisteel. [another full-body sigh] Thank the Maker that my body is modular and relatively easy to repair.

If you've been blasted that many times, I'm surprised that's all you have to say.

Oh, I wouldn't wish to bore you with maudlin recollections of my unfortunate misadventures, sir. [he says, as if he hasn't been at the center of most of the galaxy's major events of the past five decades] Although I will say these last few weeks have been far worse than usual. And no proper maintenance facilities to be found, at that.

What's going to happen to you if you don't get maintenance soon?

Well, thankfully Master Shadows was able to provide me with a charging cable, so I needn't worry about my power reserves. However, without proper maintenance, and should I continue to be exposed to the elements and various...excitements, then I fear it's only a matter of time until some part of me ceases to function. I already sustained a great deal of damage on the island prior to this, so most likely would be loss of motor function, I presume.

[He sounds a bit sad, but given he's talking about limbs potentially falling off or becoming immobile, he doesn't seem any more worried than usual]

Motor . . . as in your movement? Isn't that bad? What if someone comes after you and you can't move?

I suppose I'd be even less able to evade them than usual, sir.

Don't say that so casually. Aren't you concerned at all about what might happen to you?

Oh, yes, very much so, sir. However, I fear I must at least attempt to continue operating until everyone is free from this nightmarish situation. It's what Master Luke would want me to do.

Although I confess I'm not sure what I can do to assist.
