Rise and shine, everyone! At 7:00 AM on the dot, those who are asleep will be roused from their slumber by the sound of a bugle call. It seems that breakfast is now served in the Mess Hall. How nice! It's up to you to decide if you want to continue sleeping or not... But maybe it's a good idea to grab a bite and explore your surroundings. After all, it seems the fog has receded enough to reveal a few new locations. Regardless of what you do, be sure to check the weather before stepping outside. You never know when you might need an umbrella! Once you're up and at them, though, there are a few points of interest this week. If you swing by the Director's Office, you will find Purple Heart manning the receptionist's desk or flitting in and out of the rooms down the hallway. This week's tasks are now available, and you can check them out on the announcement board in the waiting room. Should you visit the Camp Shop, Winter Wizard will be handling all transactions at the checkout counter. Even camp directors hold down normal jobs, you know. Strangely enough, Black Shadows doesn't seem to be stationed at any set location. Maybe it's their week off? Oh, well. Seems like if you want to get ahold of them, you'll have to pay your respects to the bunnies. As you explore the camp, however... You may find yourself confronted by scenes from a not so distant past. Or, perhaps, the so-called-movies playing on the big screen are completely foreign to you. But that's not all you will have to deal with this week. Continue skimming the edges of the forest, and you will find yourself going down memory lane. Literally. After the events of last week, perhaps you yearn for privacy. Unfortunately, it seems that though your past will no longer be put on blast, your feelings will be made known to those around you instead. Should you come into physical contact with somebody else, you immediately become aware of whatever emotion they are feeling and vice versa. The feeling will linger for five seconds after physical contact has been broken, at which point it will fade. But the knowledge will remain with you. And even worse, it doesn't necessarily have to be skin-to-skin contact like in your first week. As long as you are physically touching them, that will be enough for the effect to take place. Whether you want to or not, it seems like this is the week to wear your heart on your sleeve. Good luck. |

Ah - again? [WHAT IS IT WITH YOU PEOPLE AND LIMB LOSS. Anyway being who he is, he doesn't think it's a bad idea to think that way, even if it is certainly grim.]
Well, hope for the best and prepare for the worst, isn't that so? Though I do hope you don't get stabbed or lose any limbs any time soon!
no subject
[he has now nicknamed them.]
no subject
Is that what they're going by? [He just accepts this...] I don't think anyone else wants to join them, in any case. And you've made it this far with all of your limbs and eyes!
[smashcut to everyone stumbling out of their break in]
no subject
I plan to keep my appendages intact this time, thank you.
no subject
That has him huffing in a tiny little laugh, in any case.]
I didn't realize it was quite so common for people to lose them, to be honest? Somehow we made it through our world without anything like that happening.
no subject
I suppose they were too busy poking other things. [It Is A Sex Joke! this is as lewd as asch gets.]
no subject
That's terrible. But no! I don't think they did, anyway...? No one who lived, at least.
no subject
People lost limbs so often in the manor they were stolen. You should ask Akira about his leg.

[IT'S DEFINITELY A SORE SPOT. POKE IT GOOD.]
no subject
...I suppose so! It can be a bit of a tender topic for some, though. I think.
no subject
I can't imagine why. Akira is very open with his one-legged adventures.
no subject
I think because losing a limb is probably still traumatic, even if it pops back into existence later! [For some, anyway. MAYBE NOT FOR AKIRA WHO KNOWS Akira does seem like the kind of person to shrug off lost...
limbs and eyes.]

[he didn't cry. it hurt a lot. but the tears are the important thing, here.]
no subject
And it doesn't upset you at all to think back on it?
no subject
no subject
As I said! Some find it upsetting. I suppose it's not surprising that you would manage to move on from it so smoothly, though. Ah - even if it ended poorly, on a whole.
no subject
this time, he completely buries a rave crab in sand, packing it on top. will it rave its way out??]
And what about yourself?
no subject
What about me? I never lost a limb. Gained one, though!
[When a zombie stabbed through his gut.]
no subject
no subject
[He claimed it. His arm.]
no subject
You can't say you gained a limb simply by taking it home with you.
no subject
[It was still on his person for a while, though! Also in his person.]

[And...punchy.]
