POPULATION: 36 Rise and shine, Camp Gatonina. With yesterday's announcement weighting on your mind, you are left to your own devices for the entirety of the morning. The 7:00 AM bugle call will announce breakfast as usual, and those who still manage to retain an appetite under the current circumstances are free to make their way over to the mess hall in order to grab a bite. It is not until 12:00 PM that something changes. Coming as a surprise to none, given your past experiences, your body will move of its own accord towards the Mess Hall. You are powerless to resist. The Mess Hall doors will lock once everyone is inside, and for some reason — your vision will momentarily blur before everything snaps back into focus. Winter Wizard, Purple Heart and Black Shadows will be seated at a table by the enclosed bulletin board. Their bunnies will be beside them, dressed impeccably. They share a look, visibly uncomfortable, before they rise from their seats. "So it seems one of your own has been killed. Now's the time to work together and find the responsible party." "Nine hours remain to discuss and locate. Still have time." "We'll help you as much as we can from our end, too, so... Good luck." Well, you know the drill by now. - - - Hello, everyone, and welcome to the third trial! We'll go over a few notes briefly as we will be playing this trial a bit differently than other games. While there was a mini-investigation on Friday, today is the day participants can really dive in to investigate areas in the game setting, check over the body and review evidence that they find! Please see the toplevels in this post for more information. To help with the ease of the trial and for IC mechanics, only one location may be visited at a time. One of your NPCs will also be accompanying you on these visits. Most importantly, before the trial is over, please place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9pm EST/6pm PST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously. Please also be sure to read the voting page carefully.

Either it's Hikage's glowstick, belongs to Purple team member who killed him, or was bought for the color to lead us off track or because someone just liked the color.

For now, I would just treat it like a typical glowstick, and disregard the color just for now. I think debating it would only lead us in circles.

Hikage didn't have a glowstick, as far as I know, though it's not impossible that he bought one this week because of his plans.

Do you know how many vouchers he had and how many tasks he completed?

Nope, sorry. Though he would've had at least one, since I did a task with him once, and there was no sign he'd ever bought anything with it.

Hikage was never really enthused about the tasks. Unless other people dragged him into them, I doubt he would've gone out of his way to complete them. And he wasn't the kind of person who would buy things he didn't need, either.

[he shrugs.]

Either way, even if it wasn't Hikage, I'd say it's pretty hard to track down every single thing a person might've bought, especially since most stuff only cost one voucher.

It's why I said it was a start. Until we narrow down suspects and expect them to have shared the number of vouchers and tasks they completed each week, it's probably not a substantial lead.

But if the information existed and someone knew it, it just would've been useful to have.

What did he have, that you know of?

All I ever saw him with was the items he came with—his gun and a ring—and a kazoo. If he ever bought anything, he didn't mention it or have them with him at trials.
