WEEK THREE: MINGLE

Rise and shine, everyone! At 7:00 AM on the dot, those who are asleep will be roused from their slumber by the sound of a bugle call. It seems that breakfast is now served in the Mess Hall. How nice! It's up to you to decide if you want to continue sleeping or not... But maybe it's a good idea to grab a bite and explore your surroundings. After all, it seems the fog has receded enough to reveal a few new locations. Regardless of what you do, be sure to check the weather before stepping outside. You never know when you might need an umbrella! Once you're up and at them, though, there are a few points of interest this week. If you swing by the Director's Office, you will find Black Shadows manning the receptionist's desk or flitting in and out of the rooms down the hallway. This week's tasks are now available, and you can check them out on the announcement board in the waiting room. Should you visit the Camp Shop, Purple Heart will be handling all transactions at the checkout counter. Even camp directors hold down normal jobs, you know. Strangely enough, Winter Wizard doesn't seem to be stationed at any set location. Maybe it's their week off? Oh, well. Seems like if you want to get ahold of them, you'll have to pay your respects to the bunnies. As you explore the camp, however... You may find yourself confronted by scenes from a not so distant past. Or, perhaps, the so-called-movies playing on the big screen are completely foreign to you. But that's not all you will have to deal with this week. Continue skimming the edges of the forest, and you will find yourself going down memory lane. Literally. Speaking of walking down memory lane, it seems the theater and the portal aren't the only places to relive some fond memories... or revisit ones that are better left in the past. Yes, it's memshare week. It doesn't matter if you cover yourself up from head to toe, or pirouette away from anyone who might make physical contact with you. Simple proximity OR eye contact is enough to get the ball rolling. As soon as this simple condition is met, you will find yourself reliving the other party's memories from their point of view. These memories can either be canon memories, or memories from the game they were previously in. Regardless of what the case may be, this effect will last until Week 4 officially begins. Have fun, everyone! |

camp, a
You really need to get an umbrella. . .!
no subject
I suppose you may be right.
[there's no "suppose" about it, he is right.]
—I must admit I have been saving my vouchers, just in case.
no subject
Spending one voucher isn't going to hurt. Though-- where's your poncho?
[he will escort her to the clothing store since in the absence of a poncho and her not wanting to spend her vouchers, that seems like the best bet]
no subject
[it's probably stuck under her mattress or something stupid like that because i, britt, forgot it existed]

Don't you still have your own poncho?
no subject
I seem to have misplaced it...
[it's probably in the cabin somewhere]
no subject
You should probably pick up an umbrella at some point, but I suppose it wouldn't make much of a difference if you forgot it in the cabin too...
Where were you headed?
no subject
I thought I would examine the places in camp that I have not yet been to.

You should close your eyes and spin around in place. Whatever one you point to we can head inside.
[ Inviting himself along already. ]
no subject
And, unfortunately, she's also 100% willing to do just what she says, so she closes her eyes, spins, and points to... Sincerity's wing! Onward.
...
She pauses once they're inside, though. What the heck is a train station...]
Oh, my...
no subject
It looks like we're some where in Japan.
[ He'll point to the little walk-up cafe. ]
Want to get a drink before we board the train?
no subject
i mean, she's tempted, for a moment - but she shakes her head]
I am not terribly thirsty, but if you wish to get something to drink... by all means, please do. [...] ...I have never boarded a train before. Is it difficult?

Huh, ya know how they say a camera adds ten pounds? I'm startin' to wonder if that includes statues, too.
no subject
Hmm... perhaps! But if you ask me, your muscles are much more impressive in person than they are on the statue.
[no one asked you, flayn. majima definitely did not ask you.]

no subject
Haw? Are ya tryin' to get me to blush, Flayn-chan?
no subject
[it's just the truth!]
Though it is a little strange - in my experience, sculptors tend to exaggerate features. One would expect the statue to have bigger muscles.
temple, a
They're all so pretty, aren't they?
no subject
[...she kind of wishes they got statues.]
no subject
I would feel so embarrassed if there were a big statue of me.

Nope. And it beats being stuck in the rain back at camp. [Rainy weather... Bad.] Anywhere you wanna go first?
no subject
I thought I might pick at random and see what awaits us!
[heads into merriment's wing and....... oh.]
Ah.
It is cold.
