POPULATION: 23 Good morning, Camp Gatonina. The weather could be better, but at least it isn't trying to murder you this week. Overcast skies as far as the eye can see. No real need to seek shelter of any kind. How lucky. At 9AM, two hours after the bugle call for breakfast, you will be drawn to the bonfire. Your body will move of its own volition, giving you little to no time to pick up any sort of protection. As you approach the bonfire, you will find that you are not the only one. The Camp Directors and Ookurikara seem to be marching to the same rhythm as the rest of you, their movements stiff as they approach from the direction of the Isolation Cabin. Once everyone has gathered in the same location, you will hear a voice that is recognized by none. "... That was so boring. You're bringing me to tears. Tears! Terrible. Not even a tie to make it worth my time. I could really go for a nap right now. Ookurikara, get your badonkadonk in motion before I fall asleep. . . for realsies. . . . . . . ." Ookurikara will be forced to approach the fire, as everyone else takes several steps back to form something of an impromptu fighting ring around the bonfire. "Who else? Dick Grayson...? Heh, why not? Battle of the boy toys, boom!" Similarly to Ookurikara, Dick will be forced to approach the fire. Those in the audience will find themselves rooted to the spot, and the participants of the execution will hit an invisible barrier three feet away from the rest of the group if they try to escape. In his dominant hand, Dick will find a 20-sided dice... though five of the sides are now blank. You're all old pros at this. It goes without saying that it's time for the execution to begin.

[just. tilting his head back to look at tonbo.]

...it's almost over, isn't it? So...it'll be fine. [he says, despite the fact that tonbo can probably tell his eyes are red from this angle.]

[daifukus]

[ looks at junpei worriedly, reaching for his shoulder if he lets him. he will hug you in front of god and everyone the moment he knows if he's allowed ]

Soon. I have hope this is means well.

[ even if he's sweating a lot about the rule thing. ]

[crashout]

[tonbo can have his shoulder he's not really in the business of moving far.]

We'll see. I'm sure we'll find out one way or another, just like everything else.

[daifukus]

[ just casually wraps himself around junpei because lbr he needs a hug too and everyone else they both want one from isn't here right now. ]

I'm certain of it.

[crashout]

[he's just kind of letting this happen, patting tonbo's arm tiredly.]

...we just have to work twice as hard now, won't we?

[daifukus]

[ ....well he wasn't expecting miracles but the fact junpei is letting him do this is good enough for now ]

We can't fail him. We can't fail any of them now.

[crashout]

[tonbo could probably have a real hug if junpei wasn't on the bed between the others tbh, but.]

We won't. We've come way too far to let them down again.

[daifukus]

[ bah, logistics. (whichever other director he’s closer to probably gets pats in apology for being all up in their space) ]

I believed in you since we met all that time ago. It hasn’t faded yet. I’ll be in your care once more, Junpei.

[crashout]

...[OKAY TO CLARIFY HE'S NOT ACTUALLY CRYING BUT HIS EXPRESSION IS SIMILAR TO THE ICON.]

Then I'll do everything I can not to let you down, too.

[ah. there it is. "too." gee. wonder who he feels like he let down. a mystery.]

[ IT IS A MYSTERY. but in response, tonbo just bops their heads together, because junpei is a silly human. ]

We're doing our best and that's I could ever ask for.
